Job Title: Deputy Manager Setting: 3 bedded residential service for Children and Young People 8-18 with Autism, learning and physical disabilities  Location: Catford Skills: Level 3 children Children in Residential Care or Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children's Services Salary: £35,000+ per annum depending on experience (plus bonus structure for successful opening of home/Ofsted rating/capacity) Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs. They currently have two homes with a view to open another in the coming year. They are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager with strong experience who would be ready to become a Registered Manager in 6 months.Thorough, assertive, model professionalism not just to staff but to young people too. Proven experience with Ofsted inspections and can document that. Experience of high functioning LD service at the moment is mainly females.
